Global Freight Logistics — device mockup
Coverage, compliance and accountability answered before the site asks for contact details.

Overview

Global Freight Logistics moves cargo by road, air and sea. Logistics websites tend to read like brochures — a lot of stock imagery and very little of what actually gets a shipper to pick up the phone — so we rebuilt the experience around the six services that generate revenue and put a quote request within one click from anywhere on the site.

The result answers a logistics buyer’s real questions — coverage, compliance, tracking and who is accountable — before asking for their details.

The challenge

Freight buyers compare vendors on trust, not on design. The site had to make capability provable at a glance: countries covered, shipments delivered, on-time rate, and the credentials that make a customs conversation easy. It also had to load quickly on patchy warehouse connections and read cleanly on a phone.

What we built

  • Service architecture across freight, warehousing, supply chain, customs, international shipping and cargo insurance
  • Request-a-quote flow reachable from every page, capturing shipment type up front
  • Industries and network pages that map coverage to buyer segments
  • Proof strip with countries covered, shipments delivered and on-time delivery rate
  • Resources hub for customs documentation and shipping guides
  • Technical SEO groundwork and performance tuning for slow connections
